Ms Tay Sarah Ann
Ms Tay Sarah Ann graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from National University of Singapore. She has also attained a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology from Monash University and Master of Science in Mental Health Studies from the Institute of Psychiatry, King’s College London.
Her responsibilities at EPIP include working with individuals with at risk mental state or early psychosis and their families in providing supportive counseling and psychoeducation. She adopts a client centered approach and integrates a variety of modalities such as CBT, ACT and systemic therapy.
Apart from her clinical duties, Ms Tay is involved in public education through training with educators and counselors from various tertiary institutions and community partners. She has presented posters and oral presentations on case management, childhood trauma and at-risk mental state and presented it internationally.
She oversees a team of junior and senior case managers, providing clinical supervision and assisting them in their professional development.
Having the privilege of being in the helping profession for the past 20 years, she remains committed to the youth mental health scene, believing in the untapped potential in every individual.
