Ms Karlina Tjoa

Ms Karlina is a software engineer at MOHT. She is keen to leverage technology to improve the lives of individuals with severe mental health illnesses. She is currently involved in Project HOPES, a collaborative effort with IMH to develop an application for schizophrenia patients. This innovative app aims to empower patients in their recovery journey by providing tools and resources to manage symptoms and promote early intervention to prevent relapses. With a strong academic background in Computer Engineer and Statistics, along with practical experience in business analysis, IT consulting, and software engineering, Ms Karlina brings a unique blend of technical expertise and user-centric design to her work.
